Accupunture/Herbs with Meds?
What level is "too high"?
Is there hope?

Ideas taken from around the web:

Vitex show up a lot on the list of what women are trying.

Accupunture, Wheatgrass shots/pills, chinese herbs, diet changes.

Stories taken from web:

1. After doing numerous shots of wheatgrass (YUK) and acupunture weekly, my fsh this month is 6.3 (highest was 13). I do not know of any medication that will bring it down. Oh, herbs may help too, I took those also. (stopped once I started stimming).

2. I'm so sorry about the recurrent mc's - that really stinks. :( I can only imagine how difficult that has been for you. But at least it does tell you some good things (silver lining) - that at least one of your tubes is open and that your dh's SA is probably good. The not-so-good thing (cloud) is that at our age the majority of eggs are 'scrambled', which could be one cause of your mc's. I thought you might be interested to know that at my RE's, your FSH would be considered pretty normal for your age and they would say you passed the CCCT, but because the cd10 was higher than cd3 you probably have some marginal diminished ovarian reserve (again somewhat normal for your age). fwiw - when I was your age, my FSH was 15.3. It would be nice to know the E2 numbers that correspond w/ your cd3 and cd10 FSH #'s. Since you have been conceiving, it may be that you just need some sort of luteal phase support. But it is more likely that there is some sort of embryo/egg issue. If you want to get a baby, you are going need to get more aggressive and quickly. At this point, time is your number one enemy. If it were me, I would get thoroughly checked out by an RE and then do several cycles of inj/IUI (4-6 depending on how things go). The idea is to give dh's swimmers more targets to shoot at in the hopes of getting a 'good' egg.
