1. I've often thought about this, nobody was offering me infertility drugs and in a way I feel
lucky because the side effects during my clomid challenge test were so horrendous for me. My acupunturist wanted me to stop
TTC for 6 months. I am 38 with an FSH of 33, there is a very very low likelyhood that I will get PG and I was unwilling lose
any precious time. I know that first acupuncturist would not have wanted me to be on fertility meds however I have seen others
who treat women as a support to fertility treatment. Have you read Inconceivable? She describes making a similar decision
in that book. I guess shooting from the hip, if it were me...if you respond to fertility drugs with high fsh you are in a
lucky minority and might want to try it while the chance is there, for many it doesnt come around again. If you dont respond
to meds you will be like most women with high fsh and you will know pretty quickly.
2. As for accupuncture and herbs- probably ok to do both if you are not on meds- if on meds stick
to only the accupuncture. No one knows how the chemicals would fare if taken together
